We are not a five star location... no fireplaces, or floor to ceiling windows. We have warm, dry and comfortable cabins, hot showers and coffee, and cold beer. We have arguably the best combo Pike and Lake trout fishing anywhere. Our lodge is small, with only 12 guests each 5 or 9 day week during July and August. We are also owner run and operated, shaking your hand when you get off the float plane, and saying thanks for being here at weeks end. Many, many of our guests will catch the biggest fish of their lives during their stay with us. We will work hard to make all aspects of your trip just a bit better than we told you it would be.

With over 15 years experience as a lodge owner, my wife and I still get excited as we witness guests reaction to catching so many large fish on a daily basis. Lac La Martre Lodge is truly an adventure worth visiting.
