About NWT Tourism
Our mission: To support the development of a strong tourism industry in the Northwest Territories.
To accomplish that goal, NWTT works with industry participants - individual members, tourism associations, Aboriginal organizations and development corporations, communities and government departments at the territorial and federal levels.
NWTT was established in 1996 as the collective voice of the Northwest Territories tourism industry and the marketing agency for the NWT. Membership includes 75% of the territorial tourism industry and all Aboriginal Land Claims Groups.
Our Vision: To promote a tourism sector that contributes to the achievement of the economic, cultural and environmental aspirations of Northwest Territories residents, while preserving the integrity of our cultural and natural heritage.
