The Mike Stilwell Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes someone who has had a significant impact on the development of the tourism industry, past or present.
The Operator of the Year Award is presented to an operation that has demonstrated excellence and that models best practices in the industry.
The Service Excellence Award goes to a front-line employee who provides a positive first impression and delivers outstanding customer service.
