AGM Voting Procedures
Business/Resolution Voting
Nominations will open at the AGM at 9:30 am and close at 11:55 am on November 10, 2007.
Note that:
- Members in good standing with Northwest Territories Tourism (NWTT) are entitled to vote on all business arising at the AGM.
- A member in good standing is an individual or business in possession of a valid membership with NWTT on the date of the AGM.
- Each member in good standing is entitled to one vote.
- Companies who are members in good standing are required to identify who will vote on behalf of the company.
- Members that are unable to attend may name a proxy to vote on their behalf. Those holding proxies must be members in good standing.
